Culture Shock Dance TroupeŽ expressly prohibits recording,
producing, reproducing, copying, transmitting, broadcasting, publicly distributing,
or preparing any derivative works of any Culture Shock Dance Troupe photos, videos,
facsimiles, likeness, or written materials without the express written permission
of Culture Shock Dance Troupe. Culture Shock Dance Troupe prohibits submitting,
posting, or publishing to any Internet web site such as YouTube or any public display,
any Culture Shock Dance Troupe photos, videos, facsimiles, likeness, or written
materials without the express written permission of Culture Shock Dance Troupe.
Any willful infringement of Culture Shock
Dance Troupe's rights under 17 USC Section 101, et seq. could be liable
for statutory damages as high as $100,000. Culture Shock Dance Troupe may decide
within its discretion to take advantage of all legal remedies available to rectify
infringement of its intellectual property rights.
